1. About TPNS
The Person Nobody Sees is a media and storytelling platform built around conversations with people from public life, private life, communities, culture, business, entertainment, and beyond.
Our guiding principle is simple:
The world knows the headline. We reveal the person.
TPNS may produce interviews, podcasts, video programming, articles, live experiences, digital content, social media content, and other forms of media and entertainment.
2. Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content—including TPNS branding, graphics, written material, audiovisual materials, designs, concepts, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to TPNS Media and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access the Website for lawful personal and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, republish, or misrepresent TPNS-owned content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
3. Guest and Story Submissions
TPNS allows individuals, representatives, organizations, and others to introduce themselves or suggest people, stories, ideas, and potential conversations.
Submitting information does not guarantee:
selection, an interview, participation in a production, publication, compensation, a response from TPNS, or any business relationship with TPNS.
TPNS retains sole editorial discretion regarding which people, subjects, stories, interviews, and projects it chooses to pursue.
Your Submission
By submitting information through the Website, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you submit is not intentionally false, unlawful, or submitted for a fraudulent purpose.
Submitting a story or guest proposal does not, by itself, transfer ownership of your life story, likeness, voice, photographs, copyrighted works, or other intellectual property to TPNS.
Any additional rights necessary for an interview, recording, production, publication, licensing arrangement, or other project may be addressed through a separate written agreement when appropriate.
4. Unsolicited Creative Materials
Please do not submit confidential scripts, screenplays, television concepts, film treatments, books, music, business plans, inventions, or other proprietary creative materials unless TPNS specifically requests them.
Because TPNS may independently develop content involving similar subjects, themes, ideas, or concepts, submission of unsolicited material does not create an obligation to compensate the sender or prevent TPNS from developing independently created material.
Nothing submitted through the Website creates a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other special relationship unless TPNS expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Editorial Independence
TPNS maintains editorial discretion over its programming and content.
Participation in an interview, communication with TPNS, submission through the Website, sponsorship inquiry, or other interaction does not provide any person or organization editorial control over TPNS content unless expressly established in a separate written agreement.
The views expressed by guests or other third parties are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of TPNS Media.
6. Sponsorships and Commercial Relationships
TPNS may enter into sponsorships, advertising arrangements, brand partnerships, licensing relationships, affiliate relationships, or other commercial agreements.
Sponsors and advertisers do not automatically receive editorial control over TPNS programming.
Specific rights, deliverables, compensation, exclusivity, usage rights, and other terms of commercial relationships will be governed by separate agreements when applicable.
7. No Guarantee of Accuracy
TPNS strives to present thoughtful and responsible content. However, interviews and other programming may contain opinions, recollections, allegations, commentary, or information supplied by guests and third parties.
TPNS does not guarantee that every statement appearing in third-party or guest-generated content is complete, current, or accurate.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as professional legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice.
8. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, streaming services, media platforms, sponsors, partners, or other external services.
TPNS does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Website to engage in unlawful activity; impersonate another person or organization; knowingly submit materially false or fraudulent information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to TPNS systems; introduce malicious software; interfere with Website operation; harass or threaten others; or otherwise misuse the Website.
TPNS may restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, TPNS, its users, or others.
10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Person Nobody Sees, TPNS, associated logos, artwork, slogans, program names, and other TPNS branding may constitute trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works, or other intellectual property belonging to TPNS Media or its licensors.
Nothing on the Website grants a license to use TPNS branding for commercial purposes without authorization.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, clips, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

TPNS respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe material appearing on the Website infringes a copyright or other intellectual-property right that you own or are authorized to represent, please contact TPNS with sufficient information to identify the material and explain your concern.
